Our simple four-step process

We create a 3 or 6-month content calendar (if you don’t already have one).

2. Collaboration with internal subject matter experts (SMEs)
For each topic, we’ll do some initial research and send questions to your internal SMEs or get on a call with them — whichever option they choose.
(Most prefer to have the questions sent so they can have a lot of time to answer, and also think deeply about each question to give their best answers)
3. Create thorough briefs & outlines
Once you or your SME(s) answer our questions for any topic, we’ll start creating your briefs and outlines, showing your writers exactly what to write about — based on the SME’s expertise and unique points of view.
And this is content you won’t have to spend hours editing before publishing, created by our team of expert writers.
4. Pass detailed briefs & outlines to writers
At this point, we’re ready to ship our briefs and outlines to your writers.

How much does it cost?
We have a minimum project fee of $1800/mo, covering everything we’ve outlined above for at least three topics.
Do you include any SEO recommendations in your briefs and outlines?
Yes, we do for most articles to drive search traffic.
But where we have to choose between SEO vs creating content, we focus more on helping you create content that shows your brand’s expertise and unique points of view, which — as you’d know — is what really helps you connect with buyers and earn their respect/trust, especially the enterprise-level ones).
Do you do custom content projects or you’re not that flexible?
