This policy covers how we handle refunds.
Here at Premium Content Shop, I offer writing services and accept upfront payments before laying hands on any project. Once you make your upfront payment to me and I don’t deliver the first draft within stipulated time we agree on, please get in touch and let me know. If you don’t hear back from me within 48 hours (and it’s usually less than 24 hours), ask for a refund and I’ll give it to you.
However, I must also mention that a case of refunding customers has never occurred here in premium Content Shop. I’m certain you won’t have to ask for any refund; I take my job and customers seriously.
